The TCW220 is an Ethernet control unit with 2 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs, 2 analogue inputs and a 1-Wire interface for up to 8 x 1-Wire sensors. The TCW220 has built-in memory and can log up to 36 days worth of data which can be periodically uploaded to a dedicated server by HTTP Post. Also supports alarms via email or SNMP trap and supports XML/JSON and Modbus TCP data communication protocols.

The TCW220 is a general purpose Ethernet data logger for data acquisition applications. It has 2 analogue inputs, with 10-bit resolution and 2 digital  inputs. It utilizes 1-Wire interface for up to 8 x 1-Wire sensors – carbon dioxide, 0/20mA, AC/DC current, temperature, humidity etc.) The Ethernet data logger also has 2 relays with normally open and normally close contacts.

All monitored parameters can be logged on previous set time interval and/or on alarm condition. The memory is large enough for at least 36 days with records on every 1 minute. Log file can be periodically uploaded on dedicated server by HTTP Post.

XML/JSON file with all monitored parameters can periodically uploaded on dedicated server by HTTP Post. Like answer server can return commands for relay’s control. This is a way for building SCADA system.

The relays can be activated either remotely (WEB, SNMP, HTTP, MODBUS etc.) or locally – from status of monitored parameters. For every parameter e-mails and SNMP traps for up to 5 recipients can be sent. Alarm alert also can be sent by HTTP Post with XML/JSON status files.

TC Monitor Software

TC Monitor is easy to use Windows application for monitoring and control of TCW products. TC Monitor can collect and display data from controllers installed in different locations (sites). The collected data is stored in SQL database and can be displayed or exported in MS Excel format for further analysis. TC Monitor has a simple web interface, which enables easy and fast configuration. Monitored parameters can be 1-wire sensors, digital and analog inputs and relay outputs.
