The AR654 is a multi-channel process controller with colour graphics display and 4 independent control/alarm outputs. The unit has universal inputs accepting  volts, 4-20mA current loops, thermocouples and PT100 temperature sensors. Featuring ON-OFF, PID or Fuzzy logic control with auto-tuning, and a 12-section ramp/dwell programmer. Easy connection to SCADA system via Ethernet, or RS485 talking Modbus.

ARsoft-CFG application allows you to configure and readout current measurements carried out by AR series devices (controllers, meters, transducers, recorders, etc.) equipped with communication interface RS232, RS485, USB or Ethernet.

The application has the following features:

  • visualization of all available measurements for the selected type of device
  • fast, on-line editing of device parameters
  • window for configuring parameters includes textual descriptions of parameters and their range of variation
  • reading and recording device configuration with an option of text edition of the created file.
