Software

Oscilloscope

The module “Oscilloscope” provides 2 measurement channels. Signals with a frequency up to 500 kHz can be sampled. Both channels use a common time base.

Amplitude and offset are set separately for each channel. Besides the amplitude also the attenuation factor of the probe may be adjusted. The channels can be switched on and off except the chosen trigger channel. For the second channel you may select a mathematical function instead of the sample data.

In the sub menu “Trigger Settings” you find many trigger options and the setting for the memory depth, which determines the resolution of the time.

The “Auto Config” button will automatically select parameters to show the best graph of the input signal on the trigger channel. Continuous measurement will then be started automatically.

The display may be toggled between “Time” graph, “Spectrum” graph and “XY”-plot

In the sub menu “Load.Save.Print” you find options for documentation and configuration. You may print the graph or save the configuration or load it from a file.

Logic Analyser

The module “Logic Analyser” provides 8 or 16 measurement channels. It is capable of sampling frequencies up to 50 kHz

In the “ Display ” section the Display may be toggled between 8 and 16 channels. Two readout markers may be activated.

In the sub menu “Trigger Settings” you find many trigger options and the setting for the memory depth, which determines the resolution of the time.

In the sub menu “Load.Save.Print” you find options for documentation and configuration. You may print the graph or save the configuration or load it from a file.

Voltmeter

Dual channel digital voltmeter with pointer meter display, “Hold” function and DC/TrueRMS mode.

With the setting “DC” the voltmeter measures only the DC content of the input voltage. Switch to “AC” to get the root mean square portion.

AC signals can have high peak voltages even though they have small rms values. These peaks must stay within the limits given by the scales. If they exceed these values, the device will show wrong values. If you do not know the signal you should use a high attenuation factor. With the oscilloscope function you may have a direct look on the signal.
