TL-500 Wireless Temperature Logger
Description
The TL-500 is a wireless temperature logging system based on a USB based receiver base station and up to 50 remotely located transmitters. The TL-500 receiver has built-in memory, and can operate in stand-alone mode without a connection to a PC. The easy to use Software is used to download logged data or it can be used to read sensor data live. Logged or live data is displayed graphically with date and time stamps. Temperature Logging
The TL-500 is a temperature logging system that is suitable for a wide range of uses in both industrial and domestic applications. Over 50 wireless sensors can be installed and monitored by the USB base station. The TL-500 can read live sensor data like the TL-300 or it can store data in it's internal memory: there is no need for a permanent PC connection. The 2Meg of internal memory can store data for 110 days with one sensor, 55 days for 2 sensors etc. An external PSU is required for stand-alone mode. The free software that accompanies the TL-500 can download logged data or can read live data from the TL-500 for storage on a PC. The software can display data tabularly or in a chart format with data presented against time. It is possible to export saved data to spreadsheet programs such as Excel for further analysis. An additional feature is the Messenger software that enables temperature messages to be sent by email and to be published on a website. With an email-to-SMS service it is therefore possible to receive information from the temperature logger system on an SMS enabled device.
Software
The easy to use Software presents the temperature measurements with time and date graphically. The Software keeps track of the data over several years and will log data (in the background) as long as your computer is running. So you do not have to run the temperature logger Software explicitly. The logged measurements can be exported in several formats for further processing. The package includes a screensaver that dynamically displays the actual temperature for each sensor.
