Description
The IP-9258 is a Ethernet/Web based 4-Channel mains switch unit. The IP 9258 can be controlled over TCP/IP network using generic Ethernet or Web browser without any software. Each independent outlet can be switched ON, OFF or Booted (OFF- delay-ON). The IP9258 uses internationally standard IEC 320 Inlet/Outlet connectors that make it easy to use anywhere in the world using locally available PC cables and adapters. Also includes a general purpose RS232 port.

Webserver
Initail setup and IP address settings are initially performed through a small utility program. Thereafter, all the functions of the IP-9258 are accessed through a web browser. After Login (with password protecton) the main page as shown below is displayed. Manual Swicthing on/off The user can manually switch the 4 power outputs on or off. In the Timer section, a delay in seconds can also be entered before the on/off action. Outlet State Query Clicking on the “ Set Power” button on the left will show the current on/off state of the 4 outputs. Timer Control The "Power Schedule" selection allows the power outputs to be switch on or off at preset date/time intervals The value in "Parameter" determins the sequence frequency. For example 128 = once, 127 = every day, 96 = every Saturday and Sunday and 31 = every Mondat to Friday
