Description |

The
DS5000 range are full-featured two-channel bench-top oscilloscopes
with 8-bit resolution and a 500MSPS sampling rate, available in
either 60MHz, 100MHz and 150MHz bandwidth versions. With a large
colour LCD and advanved features such as automatic measurements, FFT
and Pass/Fail testing, the range makes a valuable addition to any
workshop. Complete with USB interface for downloading captured
waveforms and the free Ultrascope software.

Description |

The
DS5000 range are full-featured 60MHz, 100MHz or 150MHz two-channel
bench-top oscilloscope with 8-bit resolution, perfect for any
Engineers or Technicians desk. With a large colour LCD, the
DS5000 is small enough and light enough to carry anywhere. With a
buffer size of 4K samples, DS5000 sampling range is 500MSPS with
synchronous 8-bit sampling on both channels. Sensitivity range is
5mV/div~5V/div. The USB connection makes printing stored results easy.

DS5000 series oscilloscopes have 4 built-in digital filters(low
pass, high pass, band pass and band reject). A convenient function to
analyze and measure real world noisy signals.

Auto-Measurements

DS5000
series features 20 auto-measurements: 10 voltage measurements: Vp-p,
Vamp, Vtop, Vbase, Vmax, Vmin, Vavg, Vrms, overshoot and preshoot; 10
time measureements: frequency, +pulse width, -pulse width, period,
rise time, fall time, +duty, -duty, delay 1-2(rise) and delay 1-2(fall).

Maths
Functions

DS5000
provides +, -, x, ÷ and FFT math functions. They can be used to
perform different analysis and measurements. |

Waveform
Recorder

Recording
time can be adjusted from 1ms to 1000s. Record lenght varies from 1
to 1000 frames. |
Pass/Fail
Function

The
pass/fail function is based on a user defined rule. It can be used
to find any abnormal signals, or to trig the waveform recorder and
capture desired events.

UltraScope
Software

The
user can implement the communication between PC and DS5000 through
RS-232, GPIB and USB Device using Ultrascope. User can read
measurement data, waveform and capture data. It can also setup
control panel, store and print waveform, measurement data and capture data.
