DS1000 Mixed DSO & Logic Analyser

Description

The DS1000 series is the first truly mixed dual-channel Digital Sampling Oscilloscope and 16-channel logic analyser instrument in one. No compromises have been made, with a 400MSPS, 100MHz fully-featured DSO and and 16-channel logic analyser with extensive pattern triggering options. The DS1000 has a deep memory of 512K per channel, so it is possible to display both analogue and logic signals on the same screen. A valuable space-saving instrument for the professional mixed-signal electronics engineer.

Description

The DS1000 series is the first truly mixed dual-channel Digital Sampling Oscilloscope and 16-channel logic analyser instrument in one. No compromises have been made, with a 400MSPS, up to 100MHz fully-featured DSO and and 16-channel logic analyser with extensive pattern triggering options. The Logic Analyzer is divided into two groups: D7-D0, D15-D8. Each works separately. The DS1000 has a deep memory of 512K per channel, so it is possible to display both analogue and logic signals on the same screen. Sensitivity range is 5mV/div~5V/div. The USB connection makes printing stored results easy.

Adjustable Trigger

SensitivityThe ability to filter noise from the signal avoids false triggers

Alternative Trigger

Provides a true dual time base display that was common in analog oscilloscopes

Slope Trigger

Triggers on the signals rise time or fall time that is user defined

Rise Edge and Fall Edge Trigger

Mainly used to view eye-diagrams formally only available in more advanced DSO’s

Waveform Intensity

Adjustable waveform intensity provides a personalized waveform display

Ultrazoom

With the deep sample memory, uses can zoom into the minutest section of waveform

Built-in Help System

Press current key for 3 seconds to enter help system

File System

Easy-to-use file system allows for both USB disk and local file storage

Logic Analyser Features

Pattern Trigger

The trigger condition is a combination of the level of the signal and the edge

Duration Trigger

A combination of Pattern Trigger and Pulse Width Trigger capabilities make isolation of events easy.
