DAQ Plot is a simple to use strip chart application which plots electrical signals and controls devices in realtime via digital output channels and built-in feedback control loops using the USB based LabJack U12 or the Ethernet/USB LabJack UE9. Voltage is displayed in a real-time strip chart fashion. With DAQ Plot you can control other hardware such as valves and switches using the digital output connectors and their associated user interface switches. It also has built-in feedback loops so you can control processes based on input values. The effect of the feedback and control switch settings are immediately viewed on the real-time strip chart so you can monitor and assure your process as it happens.
Seconds to months worth of data can be displayed at one time. Parameters can be change dynamically, including sample resolution, scroll back, autoscaling and gain settings. Data sampling is continuous and can be turned on and off as needed. Voltage time series can be saved, retrieved and appended, exported to spreadsheet applications or other applications and exported to a full-featured graph layout application for publication quality results. DAQ Plot is multithreaded so user interface adjustments do not interfere with data acquisition. Voltage readings can be plotted on either a one or two y-axis graph. At a click of the button the plot can be exported to Vvidget User included FREE for access to thousands of layout features to make publication ready results.
Features
DAQPlot is very easy to use. Just plug in the LabJack U12 USB DAQ hardware and start plotting. It includes: A comprehensive user manual which helps make data acquisition intuitive and easy to understand. High-speed hardware clocking which gives uniform time sampling from 1 to 100 samples per second. Low-speed clocking for sampling between a tenth of a second and two minutes. Real-time adjustment of device states and real-time output of data which can be viewed and selected immediately. Each input channel can be mapped with a lookup table, so nonlinear devices such as thermocouples can be used without linearization circuitry. Each curve can be assigned a different colour and the curves can be adjusted in width. Curves can be plotted on one or two y-axis graphs and can be turned on or off. Each graph is exportable to Vvidget User for near unlimited variation, layout and publication quality results. Data can be saved, retrieved appended and exported in tab delimited text format accepted by most other applications such as spreadsheets Add up to four U12 USB DAQ devices for 16 analogue input channels, 80 digital output channels and 8 feedback control loops. Each U12 DAQ device operates independently so one can gather high-speed clocked analogue input while the others can be used for feedback loops and control of actuators from your computer. Includes a simple command line tool to automate DAQ Plot functions. Embed into startup scripts, other applications, web services, and other services. Vvidget User

Vvidget User includes standard graph and support objects including line, rectangle, oval, parallelogram, circle, ellipse, pie wedge, curve, polygon, cubic bezier sections, label and image graphics. Attributes include shadow, diffusion, gradients and standard fill and stroke effects, dashes, markers and labels. The fonts of labels and titles of graphs are easily changed and they can include hundreds of unique characters from the Character Palette. Graphs implement advanced features such as floating ticks, curves that can extend beyond the graph frame or can be truncated, and literally hundreds of tunable parameters. Everything is designed to help you be a skillful graphing guru. Markers and end caps are provided on palettes and you can make your own markers and end caps for unlimited variation. Mouse operations include point-wise vertex and spline knot editing, general editing, smoothing and a large quantity of direct attribute editing. Points are formatted with extended precision so you can alter data values with large dynamic range and high resolution
