RS232
to 1-wire Adaptor
The
DS9097U-S09 Universal 1-Wire COM Adapter is a sophisticated RS232 to 1-Wire
Adapter which performs RS232 level conversion and actively generates
the 1-Wire communication signals. The DS9097 can be used with the
1-Wire Weather Instrument and with any of the 1-Wire modules.

USB
to 1-wire Adaptor
The
DS9490R is a USB bridge with 1-Wire RJ11 interface to accommodate 1-Wire
receptacles and networks. The DS9490 can be used with the 1-Wire
Weather Instrument and with any of the 1-Wire modules.

The
Link - Advanced RS232 Adaptor
The
LINK is a microcontroller-based replacement for the Dallas
DS9097U-09 for large or complicated 1-Wire networks. It uses an
advanced bus interface and intelligent algorithms to make 1-Wire
communications more reliable at short and long distances. (The
algorithms and interface for this device were originally developed at
Dallas Semiconductor.) The LINK works with Dallas TMEX(tm) and
iButton Viewer software.
The
LINK has an advanced 1-Wire front-end that presents controlled
impedance to the bus, performs intelligent bus pre-charge, and has
improved waveform timing based on extensive research with a variety
of iButton and 1-Wire chip devices and network topologies. Slew
controlled drivers reduce EMI and ringing, and analog and digital
filtering reduce noise sensitivity. A crystal controlled time base
eliminates the need for periodic recalibration steps in the driving
software and assures consistent 1-Wire waveform timing.
The
LINK also has features not found in a Dallas DS9097U. Used with any
terminal program, the LINK can serve as a network sniffer and
diagnostic tool.

TEMP08
Intelligent RS232 Adaptor
TEMP08
is a stand-alone 1-Wire interface providing standard serial commands
to control the Dallas/Maxim 1-Wire bus and the devices used on it.
Sensors can be polled on a regular basis (from 1 to 99 minutes), or
manually interrogated.
In
a typical application, TEMP08 is connected to a serial port on a PC.
Serial interface software is then used to gather the data received
from TEMP08 and process it. Can be used with simple terminal software
such as Hyperterminal or our DAQFactory
Data acquisition software.
The
TEMP08 can also be configured to send 1-wire readings from it's
RS232 port in ASCII text format at regular intervals. Ideal for
logging via our GigaLog Datalogger.

LOG08-II
Stand Alone 1-wire Datalogger
LOG08-II
is a stand-alone 1-Wire interface that provides the ability to
record up to 3 years of readings from a variety of 1-Wire sensors.
The records are stored on LOG08-II until you require access to them.
At any time in the recording process, you can download the records to
your PC, via a standard RS232 serial interface. The records are
conveniently output as comma separated entries and can easily be
imported into Excel or other standard PC programs.
